About the Role
The QHSE Manager will spearhead the implementation and continuous improvement of our safety management systems.
This role is critical in fostering a zero-incident safety culture both ashore and onboard.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate external Class/Flag state audits.
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for staff and crew.
- Monitor and report on environmental compliance and sustainability metrics.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maritime safety or operations.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISM/ISO 9001/14001).
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or Occupational Health & Safety.
